Packages & Pricing

Clear packages. Defined scope. A practical next step.

Websites, marketing and business systems that work together.

Start with a new website, improve an existing enquiry journey or choose an ongoing plan. Each option has a defined scope, clear responsibilities and separately identified running costs.

The starting prices below apply to the stated scope. We confirm your requirements, content and current systems before issuing a fixed written quotation. A suitable existing website does not need to be replaced to work with us.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars. GST, where applicable, is additional. Hosting, domains and required third-party costs are identified separately in your written quotation before you commit. Australian projects are quoted in AUD.

Enquiry & Booking System

Enquiry-only starting scope

From NZ$1,100

One-off implementation fee · GST additional where applicable

For a suitable existing WordPress website that needs a better enquiry process. One form with up to 12 fields, submission storage, one internal notification, one transactional acknowledgement and a tested handover.

This starting price does not include booking calendars, CRM connections, migration or estimating software. Those requirements are assessed and quoted separately.

Digital Business Partner

A defined ongoing improvement allowance

Tailored monthly plan

Onboarding and monthly service quoted separately

For a suitable existing website and selected customer systems that need ongoing care and prioritised improvement. Each month has an agreed work allowance, responsibilities and review point.

A new website build, major migration, advertising spend and substantial integrations are separate. This is not unlimited access to every service; covered care is not charged again.

What the Standard website scope includes

Scope itemIncluded in the starting scope
Website scopeUp to five marketing pages and three distinct page layouts for one brand, one principal domain and one language.
Enquiry journeyOne form with up to 12 fields; server-side validation, agreed submission storage, one internal notification and one transactional acknowledgement.
Content and presentationA service/project section and light editing of up to 1,000 supplied words across the project. Client supplies final factual copy and permissioned images.
Search foundationsAgreed page titles and descriptions, canonical/indexing foundations and internal-link checks. Ongoing SEO is not included.
Review allowanceTwo consolidated revision rounds against the agreed scope. New pages, features or a changed brief are separately quoted.
Checks and handoverDesktop/mobile review, navigation checks and a synthetic enquiry test covering stored information, inbox receipt and Reply-To. Editing and account responsibilities documented.
Privacy contentLoad one client-approved privacy/utility page alongside the marketing-page allowance. Legal drafting and advice are not included.

What you provide

Before the build slot starts, supply approved business facts and service areas, logo and photographs, page content or a separate copywriting brief, authorised account access, an enquiry responder and one decision-maker.

Outside this scope

Hosting, domains, paid subscriptions, branding, photography, substantial copywriting, ecommerce, booking calendars, live listings, CRM feeds, major migrations, custom software and unlimited revisions are not included in the starting scope.

Delivery programme

Your quotation confirms the delivery programme after content, access, approvals and a delivery slot are agreed. We do not promise a universal turnaround regardless of those dependencies.

What the enquiry-only starting scope includes

Scope itemEnquiry-only implementation
IncludedOne form, up to 12 fields, agreed storage, server-side validation, native abuse controls, internal notification, transactional acknowledgement and operator handover.
Review and testingOne consolidated revision round. Test stored values, internal inbox receipt, acknowledgement receipt, Reply-To and accessible validation behaviour.
Client requirementsA supported, healthy website; authorised access; approved fields, sender/test addresses, responder and privacy/retention requirements.
Separately scopedExisting-site remediation, bookings, CRM/API connections, contact migration, uploads, estimating/dispatch and a page redesign.

No duplicate charging

The enquiry form included in Business Website Launch is not charged again as a separate Enquiry & Booking System. Where two services genuinely reuse discovery or implementation work, the quotation identifies that overlap.

Managed Website Care

From NZ$180 per month

One supported brochure website · GST additional where applicable

Keep routine maintenance separate from new development. Care begins only after we have confirmed the site is suitable and agreed the hosting, backup, monitoring and support responsibilities.

  • Monthly WordPress update management with compatibility review.
  • Monthly backup-job check and availability alerts through the configured tools.
  • One agreed synthetic enquiry-form test each month.
  • A short monthly record of work completed, deferred items and issues requiring a decision.

Hosting, domains, required third-party services, client-requested content changes, new features, rebuilds and open-ended incident remediation are not included in this starting plan. Ecommerce and business-critical integrations need a separate care assessment.

Support coverage and escalation arrangements are stated in the care agreement. This plan does not include 24/7 human support or guaranteed resolution times.

An existing website may need a separately quoted readiness review or remediation before care starts. A new MAIS build can include onboarding in its handover; the same assessment is not charged twice.

Discuss website care

Understand the build cost and the running cost

Cost typeWhat it covers
Project or setup feeThe agreed build or implementation work, scope and revision allowance.
Ongoing service feeOptional care or an agreed monthly growth/improvement plan. Care is not billed twice where already covered.
Third-party costsHosting, domains, paid plugins, booking/CRM subscriptions, email/API usage, advertising spend and processing fees where relevant.
Additional workChanges outside scope, agreed in writing with their cost and timing before work begins.

Your quotation separates the one-off work, optional ongoing services and required third-party costs. It also identifies who owns and pays for each account or subscription. Any essential external cost is disclosed before you accept the project.

The same pricing discipline. The right industry scope.

Real estate agents

Use Business Website Launch for personal presentation, local expertise and appraisal enquiries. Manual property showcases, live listing feeds, agency permissions and CRM connections are separate scope decisions.

Real estate agent websites

Trades, construction and landscaping

Use the same website framework for clear services, real project evidence and useful quote requests. A quote-request form is not automated estimating, dispatch or job-management software.

Websites for trades and construction

Beauty and service businesses

Start with clear service information and enquiries. Booking calendars, staff schedules, reminders and platform charges are assessed separately.

Customer and booking systems

Retail, wholesale and ecommerce

Choose between a catalogue/enquiry journey and online checkout. Product quantities, variants, shipping, payments and integrations determine the scope; ecommerce is not included in the Standard brochure-site price.

Review the project fee, ongoing and external costs, revisions, payment milestones, timing and acceptance tests before deciding.

04

Prepare and begin

Work starts in the agreed delivery slot once the scope, payment, content and access requirements are met.

Pricing questions, answered

Are these fixed prices?

They are starting service fees for the stated scope, not an automatic checkout price. After reviewing your requirements, we issue a fixed written quotation. Additional requirements are priced explicitly rather than silently included.

Can I start with a smaller project?

Yes. A focused landing page, content improvement or enquiry project may be the right starting point. A smaller budget means a smaller agreed scope, not the full Standard website package at a reduced fee.

Do I need to buy all the services together?

No. You can commission a standalone service. Care and ongoing growth are optional unless your particular quotation explicitly identifies a required operating arrangement and its cost.

Is copywriting or a new logo included?

The featured Standard website scope includes light editing of up to 1,000 supplied words. Substantial copywriting, a new identity, photography and sales collateral are separately scoped.

Are hosting, domains and licences included?

Not in the starting service fees shown here. Your quotation identifies required subscriptions, usage charges, renewals and account ownership. Third-party products remain subject to their own terms.

Does the NZ$1,100 offer include online bookings or a CRM?

No. That is the enquiry-only starting scope for a suitable WordPress site. Calendars, CRM connections, data migration and complex routing require their own assessment and quotation.

How long will the project take?

The programme depends on the agreed scope, content readiness, access, approvals and available delivery capacity. Your quotation confirms the timing; delayed inputs or a changed brief move the programme.

What happens when I need changes or support?

The proposal defines revision rounds, any ongoing allowance and support arrangements. New work is approved separately. Routine website care is not unlimited editing, development or incident remediation.

Who owns the website and accounts?

Ownership and handover are stated in the agreement. Client-owned domains, hosting and platform accounts are preferred where practical; third-party code, fonts, imagery and services retain their licence conditions.

Do you work with Australian businesses?

Yes, selected Australian projects are scoped for their actual services, requirements and support time zone. We provide an AUD quotation and identify applicable tax and third-party charges rather than automatically converting the NZ page prices.
